Well, of course we have them. Something would be amiss if we had none. Unfortunately, no two complaints are the same. This makes analysis very difficult. We thought it would be best in this instance just to show you some negative customer comments so that you can get a flavor for them on your own.
“There were missing pieces, I am returning this.”
“We're not averse to noisy toys, we bought our son a drum for Pete's sake. But this thing, it goes beyond noisy; it's obnoxious.”
“The plastic wheels are NOT ideal for use on tile or hard wood floors (they roll too fast & skid in all directions).

As for complaints about the VTech Learning Walker going to fast on hardwood floors, we offer this customer tip…
“Going too fast... False again! There are two settings on the wheels. One pretty much locks the rear wheels (not too much so that it's immovable). The other setting is free spinning. My 12 month old (received this for his birthday) uses the locked setting on the main floor where it's hard floor and the free spinning setting on the carpet. He has never had the toy "run away" from him causing him to fall flat. Granted he has fallen but that's the purpose right? To help him learn to walk...”
This complaint does arise with some frequency in the complaints, but this customer tip should help customers to address the matter. As for failing electronics, this customer seems to have found a possible culprit…
“The electronics worked great until about 2 months later. It started doing all the crazy things that people were talking about. Luckily I remembered that the batteries were originally provided to me by the company and who knows how old those were so I replaced them and the electronics worked great again. Soooo... to all those people that said that the circuit board was crap, check the batteries first and see if that is the problem.”
