Candy Making Molds: The HIT of Your Next Party?

candy making molds

Candy Making Molds get you thinking outside the box...

Candy Making Molds are more useful than you might realize.  For example, if you want to do something a bit different this season, why not plan to make bite-sized candy for your guests.  Of course, you can buy this, but sometimes the real satisfaction just comes from doing it yourself.
If you plan to accept this challenge then you will need a few things, and first among these is a candy making mold.  The range of candy making molds available is staggering, and unless you set a theme for your candy, you are not going to get anywhere.  You might even serve several bowls of candy, each made for a different theme.  That is why you make candy, instead of buying it.
Candy making molds are available in a great variety of shapes and sizes that allow you to make some fanciful and exotic treats!  From lollipops to candy plaques to Christmas icons to likenesses of family members, the range of customized candy that you will display at your next Christmas dinner will have your guests talking of nothing else.
Of course, you can hunt online to find candy making molds to produce candy in golf ball shapes, frog shapes, the shape of musical notes, and even Disney characters.  Equally important is that you can find molds shaped in the basic geometric forms such as rectangles and circles to create your own designs from scratch.

What to Look for in Candy Making Molds

When looking for a candy making mold, it is important to remember that not all molds are suitable for making the candy that you have in mind.  This implies that if you plan to make candy, you must first draft a plan for the theme, shapes and kinds of candy you plan to make.  You may then choose a mold as appropriate.
When sorting through candy making molds, you want to remember to check how many candies can be made per each tray.  Your mold should easy to handle without dropping it and easy to use without spilling the contents.  It must be large enough for your intended purpose and certainly should allow for easy removal of the candy and a quick clean up.
Consider the curing time per each tray of candy and make sure that you have enough trays to cure all of your candies without having to wait forever.  Curing five trays at one time, over an hour is infinitely better than curing five single trays over five hours.  Add this time line to your candy making plan to make sure you don’t forget anything critical.

The Frog Chocolate Candy Making Molds

One popular selling candy mold is the Frog Chocolate Candy Making Molds.
Rated by earlier customers at 4.7 stars out of five, this code has won over nearly every customer who has purchased it.  The Frog Chocolate Candy Mold is made of strong PETG type plastic, which (incidentally) is approved by the FDA.
The mold is reusable but it is not suitable to make hard candy.  In addition, it is not dishwasher safe, if that matters to you.  This mold works best for making chocolates, or maybe miniature soaps.
Using the Frog Chocolate Candy Making Molds, you can make 8 frogs candies at one time, very realistic according to customers and measuring 2.75 x 1.75 x 1 inch, a pretty decent mouthful of chocolate.

If there is a second downside, it is that customers are asking for this mold in additional shapes.  We don’t have the luxury of time to do the research for you, but you might contact the company support to see if more trays are now available.
