Riddle me this; what is the one feature that buyers love most about the Weber One Touch Gold Kettle Grill. It’s the larger ash pan - much bigger than the ash pan on the also popular “Silver” Kettle Grill.

The large cooking grate is another big win for this grill. A bigger cooking surface means a shorter cooking time – and less time sweating over a searing hot grill.

Now, I'm a firm believer of K.I.S.S.(keep it simple stupid), and Weber has always been IMO, true to this mantra.
I cooked two cut-up chickens, and smoked a wonderful brisket so far, and WOW. Just wow.
