• As far as the effectiveness of the machine, 5 stars says it all.  To note, this washer machine doesn't have a drum spindle (not sure what you call the part that takes up space in most washers), so you can actually fit many more articles or clothing and/or towels inside.

So, nearly on a whim, I bought a Mac.  I have never made a better tech decision.  Literally everything about it is better than any computer I've ever used, from the operating system to the hardware.  People typically say that the real reason they love Macs and other Apple products is the build quality.  While the build quality on this computer is INSANELY good (I feel bad hauling it around with me; I feel like it should be in an art museum), I really think it's the software that makes this a standout computer and computing experience.  I've had absolutely zero background in OSx up until now, and already I am easily finding my way around this computer.

Being a tech savvy, APPLE - product-loving person, I'm glad I finally got the MacBook Pro!  I am currently a Graphic Design major in College and I have my own Photography business on the side.  I purchased a new Windows 8 laptop last week and after 24 hours of trying to "deal" with it, I gave up and returned it.  GLAD I DID!  I've always wanted a Mac and it's exactly what I wanted.  I can sync all my electronics together- iPhone 5, iPad 3, Apple TV and my brand new MacBook Pro!

Customer Feedback on the Milliard Portable Bed

You really do need to do your homework to find the right type of portable bed.  You don’t want to put your in-laws on just anything.  You want a rollaway bed that is comfortable and still strong enough to support different people of swarthier weights.

Moreover, it must be easy to assemble, to move and to put away.  The Milliard Portable Rollaway Bed certainly seems to live up to these expectations – but why listen to me – when you have testimony from the actual customers below…

• Arrived promptly, 90% assembled and was easy to install a few support brackets and wheels.  Seems to be well made and sturdy.  I like that is has wood slats instead of metal springs. 
• It is an inch or two narrower than a twin bed but standard twin sheets fit just fine.  I did put a padded mattress cover on it to ensure comfort.
• Very well made and sturdy.  Took about 10 minutes to put them together and used them the same day. 
• The frame, with wooden slats, is also much stronger than the other options.
• My sister, who has serious back issues slept on it for a week and she even loved it.  I was also impressed to discover that the slats are made of wood--not metal springs.

So, there you have it.  The wooden slats add flexibility and uniform support, while the strong tube frame offers a safe supportive sleeping accommodation.  Simply put, the Milliard Folding Rollaway Bed just seems to have it all!

Planning to start up a new fitness program?  Good for you!  A Decision to work out, get healthy and to become more active isn’t easy for most of us, but it is something you will be happy that you did.

However, if you are new to the vast world of health training, then things can become rather confusing, very quickly.  One of the more provocative questions that many people have is; how often they should work out?  The answer is simple.  Just start by asking yourself…

What You Want to Achieve?

Your health goals are the key driver of how often you need to work out.  In this article, we assume that you are a fitness novice.  In this case, you probably only want to feel healthier and to make sure you are getting enough exercise to maintain a quality, daily level of fitness.

Most experts recommend that a beginner like you work out for a minimum 20 minutes three times a week.  This gives your body plenty of time to rest up – and to develop just in case you put it through the same horror tomorrow.

You can break your 20 minutes sessions into smaller sessions as you are able, but just be sure to get in a full session.  As your overall health starts to improve, you will find that you are able to do your full work out session in one go – very easily in fact.

You might also want to build a plan that includes moderate fast walking or slow running, or even insert an incline or two into the plan as your grow stronger.  These will aid you to burn more calories in a shorter time, really pushing your health goals progress to the max.

Strength Training is Important!

Additional to your 3x20 minute cardio walking or slow running sessions per week, you might consider integrating strength training into your workout routine.  You can perform your strength training exercises on the days that you are resting from your cardio routines, giving yourself a complete workout regimen that won’t seem to daunting.

There are numerous benefits to strength training – not the least of which, it will help you to build up body muscle which raises your metabolism and makes it possible for you to burn more calories during your cardio exercise – or even when you are performing no exercise at all!

Remember: Less Can Be More…

Although you do need to work out habitually, do not think that you need to push yourself to the max every single day.  This is bad business, for you will really grow to hate your workouts if you really suffer when you indulge in them.  Since no sane person will torture himself for long – this is a great recipe for quitting you exercise program – and returning to your EZ Chair.

If you don’t feel like running a mile today, then just start running – and quit after 100 yards if you feel that you must.  You may be in condition to run 10 miles – you know you are – but there is no pressing reason to do it today.  Give yourself a break when you need to – and expand reach beyond your comfort zone gradually.

Another reason to work out less, instead of more, is that - if you are new to exercise, then your body isn’t going to be used to all of this physical activity, and it will need time to make repairs and adapt.  Yes, do go beyond your comfort zone, but again, do it gradually – and absolutely listen to your body should you experience pain, and always take a couple days rest each week.

That should get you started.  Build your plan, check it with your doctor if you suspect that there might be issues – and get started.  Starting is the hardest part.  After that, it’s all like running downhill.
