This briefcase is selling on Amazon for around the $145 price point. When spending this amount of money on a briefcase it is always a good idea to see what other customers think of the product.
We could mention that over two hundred and fifty people were impressed enough one way or another even to write a review – so this briefcase is a hot seller and earlier customers really cared about how this product performed.
They voiced their opinions to a product rating of 4.3 stars out of five. We could mention this too – but heck – we are too modest – and a rating that high is just too easy a target.
We won’t even point out that of 259 customer reviews, only 19 of these are below the three stars rating level. All of this speaks VERY highly of this briefcase – but we have something better.
Of the few one-star complaints about this briefcase – even these complaints are complimentary. Here are some of the customer complaints…
- The bag looks great and is made well; but the way it's designed, it doesn't fit much. I tried putting a MacBook Air in a soft case, a clipboard with a few pieces of paper and a 1' soft binder (not full) and the bag wouldn't close.
- This bag is fair in terms of quality. Two very picky but hugely important points to me that are the cause for the one star. This bag does not ever stand up on its own and the snaps are painfully hard to operate. I would definitely stay away from this bag.
- For the brand and price, I was really disappointed in the quality. The only positive thing I can say about the case is that the style was very nice. I REALLY wanted to return it, but my husband being the nice guy that he is loved the gift I got him as is.
I mean, whose side are they on?
We understand that you aren’t going to please everybody –and I suppose that these qualify as complaints, but they really are quite personal. We don’t see accounts of the locks breaking, the stitching unwinding, or disagreeable odors. Just “picky” complaints, to use the words of customer number two above.
As for positive reviews, we find absolutely no shortage of these. Below we have printed some actual comments from customers.
