The bag looks great and is made well; but the way it's designed, it doesn't fit much. I tried putting a MacBook Air in a soft case, a clipboard with a few pieces of paper and a 1' soft binder (not full) and the bag wouldn't close.
This bag is fair in terms of quality. Two very picky but hugely important points to me that are the cause for the one star. This bag does not ever stand up on its own and the snaps are painfully hard to operate. I would definitely stay away from this bag.
For the brand and price, I was really disappointed in the quality. The only positive thing I can say about the case is that the style was very nice. I REALLY wanted to return it, but my husband being the nice guy that he is loved the gift I got him as is.

I mean, whose side are they on?

We understand that you aren’t going to please everybody –and I suppose that these qualify as complaints, but they really are quite personal. We don’t see accounts of the locks breaking, the stitching unwinding, or disagreeable odors. Just “picky” complaints, to use the words of customer number two above.
