To love yourself is to be mentally healthy
Love yourself - not because it is mentally healthy, but because you - of all persons - deserve it. You may not have thought much about it - but against the backdrop of daily life - it really is not easy to love yourself.You must rise above the fray - and work at it. One thing is certain. To love yourself - is to acknowledge your significance -not through the eyes of others - but through your own eyes. Teach yourself to look up to you. To appreciate all of the things that others appreciate you for.

Love yourself anyway - and when the moment passes and the boss's face regains its normal coloring - you may have been defeated by the moment - but you will never be beaten.
Love yourself - and it will always come back to find you when you need it most. Remember that your harshest critic will be you. What will silence that voice faster than the ability at all times to love yourself - and the view that if you can just be you - there really is nobody else who you would rather be.
